Neal Costello is a Tasmanian mtber who used to be on the mtb-oz mail list - one of his hobbies is night riding, another was making battery bags. That's the big 7 ah battery in the photo. Everything's held in place with velcro, belts and clips. |

| Neal's bag just goes over the frame on conventional bikes, and round the seatpost on Y frame and other bikes without enough frame room. The bag looks sturdy and has plenty of retaining straps to hold it on tightly. |
